Finding balance in one’s work life and personal life can help create a healthier life experience. Our Optometry Archives show that our alumni can play as hard as they work. There are seemingly no heights (1990 - Alps) or depths (2006 - Caribbean Sea) limiting our graduates. They are in it for the long run (1984 - Boston Marathon / 1990 - Worthington five-mile run) and they go to great lengths (1992 - Atlantic Ocean) to catch the recreation they desire.
